ATOM Solutions’ referral program pays a 10% commission to anyone who introduces a new client. You make the introduction; ATOM handles the sales conversation, the proposal and the delivery. On a one-off engagement, the commission equals 10% of the total amount invoiced, paid once the client’s payment clears. On a subscription, it is 10% of the monthly amount, paid every month for as long as the client stays. Joining is free, with no quotas and no commitment.

Once ATOM has received the client’s payment, you earn 10% of the amount invoiced. On a subscription, that 10% comes to you every month, for as long as the client stays a client.

How much does one referral pay?
10% of the amount invoiced. On a $12,000 development engagement, you earn $1,200. On an ATOM Assistant subscription at $299 per month, you earn $29.90 every month, for as long as the client stays a client.
What exactly is the 10% calculated on?
On the total amount invoiced to the client, not just their first invoice. A $12,000 engagement billed in three instalments pays you $1,200 in total, released as the client pays. On a subscription, the 10% applies to the monthly amount, every month.
Does the commission stop after a year?
No. On ATOM Signatures and ATOM Assistant subscriptions, you earn 10% every month for as long as the client stays a client — there is no cap and no end date. If the client cancels, the commission ends with their subscription.
When do I get paid?
After ATOM has collected the client’s payment, never before. We can’t pay a commission on an unpaid invoice. In practice: within 30 days of receiving the payment.
Do I need to be a business to take part?
No. The program is open to individuals and businesses alike. You invoice us for your commission; if you are registered for GST and QST, taxes are added on top. It is taxable income like any other — to declare on your side.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. No fees, no quota to hit, no exclusivity, no minimum term. You can refer one client in three years, or none at all.
What counts as a referral?
A company that isn’t already in discussion with us and that you introduce to us by name. The referral is attributed to you for 90 days from the introduction: if the deal is signed within that window, the commission is yours.
What if the client is already talking to ATOM?
The referral isn’t eligible, and we tell you right away — before you invest any time. If two people introduce the same client, the first introduction we receive is the one that counts.
Do I have to sell or run a presentation?
No. You make the introduction, we do everything else: discovery, demo, proposal, pricing, contract, delivery. There is no pitch to learn and no material to hand out.
Is this an affiliate program with a tracking link?
No. This is a business referral program: there is no tracking link and no cookie. Attribution is based on the name of the contact you introduce, which also works when the introduction happens in person or over the phone.
