What we delivered

NotarIA, the compliance copilot for Québec notaries: it checks every draft act against Québec law and flags missing clauses, outdated references and risks — every finding cited to its source. The notary validates, signs and decides.

The problem

In an organization, every employee composes their email signature their own way: stretched logos, outdated titles, forgotten notices. Keeping a consistent image on every send is impossible.

What we delivered

ATOM Signatures manages the email signatures of the whole organization, right inside Microsoft 365: composed once in a visual editor, applied automatically on every send, updated from the directory — with nothing to install on anyone's computer.

The problem

An SMB misses calls as soon as the team is busy or closed: every unanswered call is an appointment or a sale going somewhere else.

What we delivered

ATOM Assistant, the Québec AI voice receptionist, available 24/7: it answers with a natural local voice, books appointments in the client's tools, answers frequent questions and transfers the calls that matter — plugged into the systems already in place, no migration required.
