What is a server-side managed signature?
It's management that happens on the server side: you compose the signature once and deploy it to the whole organization, with a single admin consent. An Outlook add-in then inserts it as soon as the email is composed and validates it at send time — on Windows, Mac and the web. Nothing to install on workstations: the signature is just always there.
How much does ATOM Signatures cost?

Does it work with Google Workspace, or only Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 only. ATOM Signatures connects to your Microsoft Entra directory and works in Outlook on Windows, on Mac and on the web. Google Workspace is not supported.
